Michael Culp

Michael Culp is an experienced and aggressive litigator who has successfully tried countless matters. Outside the courtroom, Mr. Culp is married with 3 children and resides in Springfield, PA. Mr. Culp is very involved in the Community and is currently the Treasurer for The St. Francis, CYO Board. He also serves as a volunteer coach for several youth sports teams. In November of 2011 Mr. Culp was elected First Ward Commissioner for Springfield Township, PA and is presently serving the residents of the community in that capacity.

Mr. Culp’s professional legal experience covers a wide range, from personal injury (plaintiff and defense) to municipal law. He has successfully tried to conclusion countless numbers of jury trials, bench trials, and mediations. While his primary focus has been defending personal injury claims on behalf of carriers, he has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury suits and uses this unique dual-sided perspective to the advantage of his clients. Mr. Culp has served on the Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board for several years and utilizes this experience when he is on the other side of the table representing individuals in Zoning and Land Use matters. Mr. Culp also represents Corporations in myriad of different legal matters, from starting corporations to dissolving Corporations and all the issues that arise in between.
